First, not eating will not help. Starving yourself will not remove those layers in your belly. On the contrary, it will only make them worse since you will develop a tendency to compensate and eat unhealthy if you're hungry. Added to this is the fact that preventing yourself from eating could destroy your metabolic ability and cause stomach and health problems. The answer? Eat at the right time. Fifth, avoid excessive drinking and other unhealthy habits. It is alright to go out and have a drink with your friends from time to time, but don't make it a habit! Alcohol is heavy on the stomach and can make you flabby. Instead of drinking the night away, spend it on the gym or at home relaxing. Reserve the alcohol for special occasions. Better yet, replace the alcohol with green tea. It's purifying and healthy and non-fattening.

It is not that difficult to burn fat. All we need is a bit of discipline and practice. A few adjustments in our daily habits are enough to give us a toned body and a healthy mind.
